Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Sizing

Please review our sizing guide carefully and confirm your measurements before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail shape and size.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review your concern and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
