Before applying your Tompkins Labs press-on nails, wash your hands thoroughly and ensure they are completely dry.

1. Start by cleaning your natural nails with the prep pad, then push back cuticles with the cuticle pusher.

2. Use the nail buffer to roughen the surface of your natural nails. This helps the press-on nails adhere better.

3. Apply an even layer of glue to the back of the press-on nail and a generous layer of glue to your entire natural nail.

4. Align the press-on nails under your cuticle and press down with your thumb. Hold and squeeze firmly for 30 seconds ensuring the entire nail receives pressure.
